Following are the basic guidelines for proposals. Visit the Call for Proposals website for full details. Email support@digicol.org for help.
We welcome presentations from a wide range of professionals. While proposals that include at least one higher ed presenter may be given priority, we also value sessions that incorporate outside perspectives from sponsors, consultants and vendors — especially when paired with institutional experience.
✅ Membership or sponsorship required
You must be a current member or sponsor to propose a session for Digital Collegium events.

✅ Co-presenters and registration waivers
Up to three presenters per session may receive a full waiver of the base conference registration fee.
If your proposal includes multiple presenters, please include biographies for all co-presenters during submission.
✅ Submitting proposals for multiple events
All Digital Collegium 2026 events use the same proposal form.
- Select the events you would like your session to be considered for during submission.
- Each submitter may submit up to five proposals total.
Because each event serves a distinct audience and purpose, it’s unlikely that the same session will be selected for multiple events.
✅ Sponsored sessions
This year, sponsored sessions will be integrated into regular event tracks and reviewed alongside all other proposals.
To be eligible for best-of-conference awards, sponsors must submit their session proposals through the call for proposals process.
✅ Using inclusive language
All presenters must abide by the Digital Collegium Code of Conduct.
Digital Collegium promotes inclusion and kindly asks that you be mindful of the words you use during your presentation. Please work to avoid language that is harmful to people with disabilities, language of a sexual nature, language that leverages racism or gendered language.
